We've converted the season 1 Called to the Workforce podcast episodes into a professional and leadership development course.
For 11 weeks, you'll receive access to a weekly set of: a podcast episode, a carefully cultivated and selected set of supporting videos or LinkedIn Learning course recommendations, and application worksheet.
By the end of this course you will have:
- Identified your career vision and legacy
- Clarified your career values and made plans to realign with them if needed
- Assessed your business boundaries and made plans to address or strengthen if needed
- Assessed your frequency and the appropriateness of your use of apologies in the workplace
- Identified the key influencers who can support you professionally
- Completed a relationship audit to improve a relationship with someone who is important to you
- Identified ways to better leverage the key influencers at work
- Assessed your business acumen and built a plan to further develop it
- Clarified why you in this role for this point in time - to strengthen your confidence in decision-making and leading
- Identified how your team (or you) can further develop your talents
- Started tracking the impact of your efforts in a more timely fashion and sharing those with your manager

Worksheets specially designed for the workshop vary, with some including self-assessments, others including specific exercises, and yet others providing journaling/ application pages. Many include planning pages to move from thought to action.

Emily Chipman's reputation as an internationally recognized master certified Stakeholder Centered Coach is built on a formidable foundation of expertise in human resources and executive training. With the distinction of being the first woman invited to certify other coaches by SCC Certification pioneers Frank Wagner and Chris Coffey, her deep understanding of organizational dynamics is coupled with a genuine commitment to cultivating the potential in others.
Her approach is not solely about imparting knowledge but nurturing a transformative experience that resonates profoundly with professionals keen to make a significant impact in the workforce. Emily's professional experience includes multiple Leadership Development certifications. Additionally, she worked in leadership development and was in the project lead for designing a leadership development program for rural hospitals. She leans into her understanding of leadership principles, organization design, and learning to help structure and identify appropriate resources when designing and identifying quality resources for the "Called to the Workforce Season 1 Workshop."
